Force Pull not working just on stopping spinning items like fans/turning items

I have read about 100 possible fixes for the "force pull" no longer working. It is working for puling creatures to me or pulling objects like the covers in the wall were BD1 was taken. But now I am ...

And to test that it's is working everywhere else, I loaded my game, and pulled 1/2 dozen troopers to me and killed them. So, yest it's working EVERYWHERE but spinning objects.

    @PHP_User I got around this. I didn't realize that BD1 had to overcharge the spinning device to let me cross. BUT, that still does not explain why I can no longer stop a spinning fan that I have to in order to proceed?!
