Same here  “Force Tear %%Error Tear Name” issue has been resolved. But still do not have the achievement. Attempted to launch game through EA app and rested several times in Meditation point. Loved the game but this achievement is keeping me from 100% and this has been a known issue for MONTHS now. Patch 7 did not fix the issue.

I cannot fathom how this glitch/bug still hasn’t been fixed. WHY WONT YOU FIX THIS?!

      This is still an issue in Dec. New Game + does not fix it.
