Framerate issues likely tied to Navigation Assist

Summarize your bug I found that by turning off navigation assist under gameplay settings, I was able to significantly improve framerate.

I found that by turning off navigation assist under gameplay settings, I was able to significantly improve framerate. I would see a drop in 40+ frames. While on the shattered moon my frames would be about 11 with navigation assist on and 56 with it off.
