Game crashes before main screen Xbox
I'm trying to play the game on an Xbox series x, disc version. The hard drive is less than 60% full with the game installed on the hard drive. I installed the game and update. Version is 1.0.0.7....

Downloaded the game yesterday (from xbox store) and it crashed every time the menu loaded in.
Tried restarting, re-installing, clearing MAC address making sure nothing was plugged in, and the like. After many failed attempts I requested a refund.
After refund, I purchased again and this time I was able to play all the way to arriving on Koboh. However, I turned off my console and it is now doing the same thing as before. Ideas??
The crashing issues have been going on since launch. For me as well on XSX.
But nobody has been able to get any solid info or remedies for it on the support forums as far as I know; and I've been lurking here since launch hoping for a resolution.
