I'm not referring to the CPU clock speed. Your CPU has a published memory speed it supports. That is what you need to ensure you do not go over.

Nonetheless, your DXDIAG report shows that you are trying to play on an unsupported CPU. See system requirements. If you want to play Jedi Survivor, you will need to upgrade your PC.
