Hey. Just popping back in to give an update.
I have just upgraded my PC to have a Ryzen 9 7900X CPU along with 32 Gigs of RAM. This exceeds the recommended system requirements.
However, THIS DID NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE AT ALL. The game still crashes when interacting with the Holo Tactics table.
I even get the same error:
Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000070
I also went into my BIOS settings and set the maximum memory speed to be the maximum that the CPU supports (in my case DDR5-5200). This also made no difference.
I have attached another DxDiag result just in case this helps diagnose the problem.
Would also like to mention that the game crashes with the same error in other places. Certain cutscenes in the game always crash with that EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION error. The steps I have taken have not fixed that problem either.
Your latest DXDIAG report suggests your on-board graphics is enabled. You'll want to disable that (in BIOS).
I also suggest you just use 1 monitor while troubleshooting.

Thanks for the additional suggestions. Unfortunately, neither of them resolved the issue.
Would like to note that the in-game lighting is super strange looking after disabling onboard graphics.

Bummer that didn't fix it. If you've confirmed on-board graphics is still disabled in BIOS, you can try:
- reinstalling your NVIDIA drivers while using the "clean installation" option
- disabling overlays, including the ones in GeForce, EA app, etc.
- removing GeForce completely
