Game crashing and fail to load save data

A few days ago, PS5 Jedi Survivor crashed after playing for several hours. I cleared the cache, rebuilt the database, and reinstalled the game. When I attempted to load the saved game it said fail to load save....installation was not complete. I started a new game, which crashed 44 minutes in. This time I deleted the game and reinstalled, but didn't clear or rebuild. After it was completely downloaded, I again attempted to load the new game and received the same fail to load saved game. Is there a way to fix this or is this something that will be updated? Thank you

Summarize your bug Corrupted Save as bug force closed the game (no pun intended)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fast travel from Viscid Bog to Derelict Dam & be unlucky as Johnny Depp (before the trial)
What happens when the bug occurs? Game force quit & I lost all progress from several days of playing (approx 20% of my play time just gone)
What do you expect to see? A broken PS5 controller, but I'm an adult who can control his anger, so instead - never another EA or Respawn game

Quick travel from Viscid Bog to Derelict Dam. Game force quit, asked if I'll report to Sony. I did send a report with game footage. BTW, 3rd time the game stopped working tonight...good job EA releasing a top notch pile of steaming dog feces. I can tell you fed the puppies real meat, "Gimme the meat, and give it ta me raw."

For some odd reason the game hasn't been backing up to the cloud either. My default settings are auto upload for EVERY GAME! Yet Survivor hasn't uploaded a save since I started playing the game. It had a message, "Save corrupted....blah blah blah", so since there's no cloud save....I lost all my progress from the past few days. That's at least 10 hours in my 50 hours of playtime entirely wiped. Yay! I guess it's better than having to restart the game - like many others were forced to do because of your broken game hard/soft locking them. I'm less forgiving however.

Game is uninstalled & I'll be seeking a refund. I will not purchase EA or Respawn products again.
