Game Freezes During Cutscenes

My game became unplayable after 5½ hours.
I am looking for Greez and there's a cutscene where you look over a valley and it always crashes there.
Reinstalling it doesn't work, stopping processes or closing down all other programs doesn't work.
There was supposedly a day 1 patch, but that didn't do anything it seems.
I wonder if they got pressured to release the game before it was ready because it is EA after all.
It is so disapointing!
I am having the same issues ... Game will freeze roughly between 15-30mins of gameplay with a UE error. Ive reinstalled and just about everything including overclocking gpu's and cpu's and nothing seems to work, please address this issue and fix the problems with the UE error codes or allow us to force the game in dx11 or such and run the game and actually be able to play it
I did find a way past this issue with the cut scene - I did the Repair but that didn't work.
I then went to the Nvidia GeForce Experience software and used their Optimize tool for the game which changed the graphics settings for it (increased most quality settings and it changed it to Full screen rather than window).
Tried the game again and awaited this cut scene but this time it did progress through it with no problems and was able to continue with the game - fingers crossed that this continues through futures cut scenes.
Tried this and it still does nothing.
I tried lowering the settings and the resolution but it still freezes.
I am so annoyed with this, I just want to play it.
