Game is stuck at the “Align Arrays at Koboh Control Center“

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Xbox Series S
Summarize your bug Game is stuck at the “Align Arrays at Koboh Control Center level”. After clearing the waves of enemies and activating the elevator, the screen brightens and freezes. Unable to move character or select go into menu/settings. Restarting has no impact as I quick resume right into the bug.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Game is stuck at the “Align Arrays at Koboh Control Center level”. After clearing the waves of enemies and activating the elevator, the screen brightens and freezes.

    I died to the waves of enemies during the missions "Align arrays at Koboh control centre" and now the door to get into that room won't open. I have tried fast travelling, going to another planet and reinstalling the game, nothing works. I am now unable to finish the story and I don't particularly want to restart considering I've invested nearly 50 hours into this. 

    I've seen reports on this issue since May, but nothing has been done.

    I have been in this boat since May. They currently release a patch once every 4-6 weeks, so by my estimates they will fix this bug never and don't care since EA and Respawn already have our money.
