Bug on Talannor's wrecked moon (Playstation 5 PRO)

I just arrived at the moon landing pad. I'm heading towards the elevator, but it's not moving. I thought I needed to do something with BD, but apparently it's not necessary. I looked for videos on YouTube, but for other players, the elevator activates immediately. At first, I thought it was because it wasn't the main objective, but once I completed the main objective and returned to the moon, the situation didn't change; I'm still stuck with no way to progress. Is there a way to fix this without having to restart the game (with the potential risk of not fixing the problem)?
