So I completed Jedi Survivor and got the achievement and New Journey plus pop up on the main menu and everything was fine. Until one time after I saved and logged off my PS5 asked what data I wanted to sync Console or Cloud I selected the newest one from 2 hours ago, but when I got into the game the only save file I had was from 3 days ago and I’ve lost all progress and item I got and was hoping there is a way to get that back or do something about it as it’s quite frustrating playing through the game and getting collectables only to have it wiped away with no explanation
- @awesomemten I had a similar issue. I beat the game today and spent a couple hours trophy hunting. Game crashed and somehow I lost all progress from today even though I had saved several times.
Sorry you lost 3 days worth, that’s a bummer. Hopefully you can find a fix How do you solve this? Because I really cba to play through all my progress again. It was 4 hours worth just lost. It’s been so buggy
I finished game today and want to collect all colectibles. And game crashed and i lost everyhing… iam on start there is no progress. What did you do?!!!! 52 to hours lost… fix your game. Give me my progress back…..
Give me at least somehow new game plus with everthing what i have…… jesus christ. … cant be real. Evenr online backup missing. Is there backup from day before somewhere??
- @awesomemten This just happened to me aswell. Just lost 25 hours of gameplay. Had 3 things left to do to get the platinum and after like the 8 or 9th crash in less than a week. My save data has just gone and been replaced with old cloud data.
it sucks to see lots of other people having this problem as well I wish we could create multiple saves for a play through as I feel this would nullify the issue we all seem to have. I would suggest turning off auto sync on PS5 to avoid it possibly corrupting data, but it has been a pain to play through the game all over again. I just set the difficulty to story and have been trying to breeze through and finish the story. Unfortunately I don’t think there is a fix and we are stuck with tough luck and not being able to do anything about it.
So i started again, playing 2,5 hour. I saved gsme on meditation point and going to sleep. And at morning i started game , i was on poitn where i saved it in koboh but i dit not have any colectibles colected or skills esrned path was hidden and corusant not available on holomap. My “customization” was gone. This is just too painful. first i lost 52hours of progression. Now i cant even save progression anymore. I tried to reinstal game but it is same. I want refund from sony or anybody. I paying for not working services and games. Why online ps plus storage dont have more choices on backups from different days? Nobody cares about this. And i just cant contact anybody. Nobody cant give me that time what was lost. Iam son angry.
Same here. Wanted to start the game today and it loaded an old safepoint from at least 15 hours ago. So angry right now. This is bad..
same just happened to me doing all the collectibles
put me back to half way through the main story I’ve lost 55 hour 3 days of trophies side bosses etc I’m not doing it again 😩
