I wanted to check if anyone is still running into this, or if you recovered your progress.
If not, try downloading your save from the PS cloud to see if it has the most recent progress.
- Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings.
- Select Saved Data (PS5) or Saved Data (PS4).
- Select Cloud Storage and select a game > Download to Console Storage.

Appreciate the response, but unfortunately I already tried that and it did not work. It seems like a few other people in the thread have tried it too.
Is there anything that EA might be doing to recover the lost saves or at least compensate for the hours and progress so many players have lost? I appreciate you're only the messenger but I'd be very grateful to any insight you can offer
