Game won't even start loading
Have been playing Jedi Survivor for over a month with no problem aside from occasional crashes. Bought, downloaded and play game via Steam. Crashed yesterday right after save game loaded up, and now game bombs out before it even goes into start-up sequence, but no failure notification/message as to why it's not loading. Only message I've seen is on startup of the EA app; dialog box reads:
Something went wrong
There's a problem with your account
Error code: EC10000
Waited overnight as well as manually doing a couple full computer shutdown/start-ups and the problem is still there. Can manually sign into EA app just fine...shows that I have the games I've bought in the library but won't show their titles, and then yellow dialog box appears at top of app that says: "Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem."
Can't see anything in the app indicating what's wrong with my account. Signed in via the EA website and still no problem indicated. Manually signed into EA app via my Steam account and the problem still remains. Turned on 2 factor authentication to see if that was the issue; no luck. This is getting beyond frustrating and needs resolution.
