Since EA have some games on GeForce now, Why Jedi Survivor isn't in the library yet. I don't understand why EA don't push his game on every platform possible to get all the gamers. I understand for some older console is not possible but we are talking about the best gear online.

Because it costs money to make it available on additional platforms. As has been the case with every video game company for decades, they have to choose which platforms will provide the most financial return.
While you may think adding to GeForce Now is a no brainer, it's not.
