Graphics Issue Everything is Orange

I am running this game through Steam, Everything seems to be okay. Except the graphics, the main start screen in the game and the game itself-everything is "Orange". I am not running NVIDIA drivers. Please see the specs of my computer below. Not sure if I am able to upload a photo of a screenshot to show what it looks like.
