Grock's body after story force echo

Summarize your bug after story completion, the echo for grock's body does not stay saved, and re-spawns after re-start of game. this makes 100 percent completion fail. this occurred after last patch. before the patch, I reached 100 percent 5 times. the echo is located just after mountain ascent save point, and occurs every time now
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? after story completion. locate grock's body and force echo bear mountain ascent save point. the echo re-spawns after using it, and does not remain as saved
What happens when the bug occurs? cannot reach 100 percent story completion, the echo does not stay saved, due to re-spawn
What do you expect to see? it worked fine before the last patch. hopefully correct the bug so 100 percent can be achieved
