HDR bugged with latest patch 9

Hello

I'm reporting that before patch 9, HDR worked perfectly, no bugs, no issues with black point

After patch 9, HDR started to show brightness fluctuations in some scenes, very few, but noticeable

In the game menu, the black point started to bug, slowly returning to normal

Ray Tracing is causing this. By disabling it, HDR worked perfectly as before

The PC is up to date and has no problems
