HDR Causes Stutter on PC (Patch 9)
When you enable in-game HDR on PC the game will stutter. Auto HDR is disabled and I have no Nvidia app so no RTX HDR.

To be clear - if you turn HDR off in game, no stuttering, correct?
What do your Windows HDR settings look like?
You might consider attaching a DXDIAG report, in case someone spots something else causing your issue.
