Hunters Quarry Force Tear Glitch

Question

I have already gone into the building behind Doma’s and dealt with the brother. The force tear spawned, I entered, and completed it. However, it still lists it as not discovered on the holomap, it’s still purple, no legend icon on the holomap, and it doesn’t give a prompt to play it again.

Perhaps related is the Coruscant force tear that gives an error in the name, but that is shown as yellow, on the holomap, gives the option to play again.

All tears were completed and the Hunters Quarry is preventing me from getting the PS5 trophy, and inevitably my Platinum.

@LordOdinPresents&nbsp; The basement contains a Force Essence and a Force Echo, not a Force Tear.&nbsp; The Hunter's Quarry Force Tear is elsewhere.&nbsp; In case you want to go looking yourself, I'll put this in a spoiler.
