I'm stuck at singing ruins..after getting the dash ability as the force pull prompt is not coming on the door..i am 26 hours in please do something
I started again on super easy.. put it up to normal after singing ruins and continued.. happen to get pass the problem area
how long did it take? this is super embarrassing. Their programmers can't fix a door?
Jedi Survivor was quickly becoming one of my favourite games in years but now I am stuck due to a game breaking bug. Just after learning jump dash on Jedha I am stuck behind a door I previously opened. Nothing I try will rectify this. This game has brought my love of gaming back but I don’t have the time to restart from the beginning to solve this. Please please release a fix for this bug, I am not the only one who has experienced this. I really want to continue my game.

Sadly, I too have run into the same issue and I own a physical copy of the game. I reviewed the anguished comments, suggestions and in particular EA's lukewarm, bland and evasive responses.
So this faulty product that has not been fixed in over two months and EA's responses have been pithy at best. Therefore the following actions will be taken by me as a consumer.
In Jan 2025, I will file a complaint with the FTC on EA's inaction and I urge individuals suffering from the same bug to file complaints with the FTC as well.
By the end of Jan 2025, If EA does not fix the issue or offer credible updates, I may explore any available legal options.
It is unacceptable for a company to deliver a faulty product, know of the issue and offer middling updates.
