I've reached out to an interested class action lawsuit team about this issue since EA isn't providing us with what was promised in the sale of this game. I recommend others do the same so we can rightfully get our money back, which EA denied me. They said it was the retailer's responsibility, which is nonsense. The retailer won't do anything at this point and this is EA's problem. They need to be held accountable in a court of law.
