EA its going to be almost a month now. I can't believe a simple patch to fix the closed door is taking this long! I don't know how the ticketing system works in EA but please raise this as a priority as we can't progress the game on the PS5. It kills the mood to continue the game after a long gap btw. It wouldn't take more than a day for the devs to fix and just rollout the patch.
The fastest way is just to add that you can open it from the other side realllllllllly hard
