EA needs to offer refund vouchers for this game breaking bug. It's unacceptable.
Just remove the door from the game. It's not a hard fix.

For everyone on Console -> my condolences
For PC-Players -> Download C^^^t Engine -> Download Table (there are multiple reddit posts on that) -> use Teleport to Minimap Beacon Option and enjoy the rest of the game.
the update is they refuse to do anything. don't buy the 3rd game.
most of us are not on PC.
- @Syvel77 Myself included on PS5 getting this issue. Was the first game I've actually bought and enjoyed from EA since the last time they pissed me off with the release of spore. Guess buying EA was a mistake. Never again. As a software developer I couldn't imagine an organization with such blatant disregard for their "customers". What do they care purchase was made. Well played EA. Shame on us.
EA, you are a billion dollar company. Your sequel to fallen order (a great game), Survivor has a bug, at least on console, where you can not advance through a door you must force pull or push down in the singing ruins when trying to reach the pilgrims sanctuary. I spent good money on this game and nearly 10 hours of game play to reach this point. Only to have my game ended short because of a simple bug fix you guys are too cheap or lazy to fix. I know hundreds if not thousands of other users are experiencing the same extreme level of disappointment. I am playing on a PS5 please fix so I can enjoy the rest of this game. I want a refund.
Facing the same issue. I can’t start the game all over again. I’ve put in too much effort. FIX THE DAMN DOOR EA.
