@EA_Rtas are you able to provide us an update.

Honestly even if it's an update that there is no update. Being left unanswered is quite rude and frustrating. Particularly when this list of people keeps growing.

The game is clearly still being supported as there's been hotfixes since patch 9.

This bug is a soft lock which would be about as high severity as it comes when triaging bugs. Im surprised it didn't trigger the need for a hotfix alone. However, some explanation around what EA are doing to address this, as vague as it may be would be appreciated.

Please lift your standards and communicate with the community that supports your products.

When is the patch with the fix coming out?

@EA_Rtas surprise surprise still no response. Shameful. 

Any updates?

I've put 45 hours into this game and now I can't progress. If this can't be fixed before the end of the month (November '24), I'd like a refund. I can overlook minor aesthetic bugs and the occasional glitches, but this door has rendered the game unplayable for me.
