I am Stucked in Singing Ruins

Thank's for your effort. I tried it a lot of time and didn't succeed. No matter how often I run towards the doors, press pause and scroll thru the screens, I don't get thru. As I said, this bunch of lazy EA criminals should fix the game or give us our money back. They are selling a broken product. They got my money and I don't intend to start over after almost 30 hours. 

Hi, I saw that "solution" and so far didn't succeed. But anyway, those lazy criminals who are taking our money and not giving as any solution should give us our money back or find a solution. I would be patient for a newly discovered bug, but this one is two years old!

Hey mate, I know it's  frustrating, but be patient; you can exit and continue with your save. I'm sharing the solution I got, check the comments on the video, greetings!

Does anybody of the criminals at EA doing something about the bug with the closed door? Or give us our money back. **bleep**ing morons.

Hey there, it's now been 7 months since this issue was acknowledged by the company. It still hasn't been fixed, I am running into this issue now, and I can't believe your best answer was to just restart the whole journey after already playing 35+ hours of gameplay. When will this problem FINALLY get fixed?
