I am Stucked in Singing Ruins

This has happened to me as well. Is there an update on getting this bug fixed? Very frustrating. I'm giving up playing this now until the issue is fixed as I;m not going to start again.

Puerta no se abre en las ruinas de Jedha. estoy experimentando un problema técnico que me impide avanzar en el juego Star Wars Jedi Survivor para PS5. El problema ocurre justo después de desbloquear la habilidad Dash en las ruinas de Jedha. He llegado a una puerta que, según varias guías del juego, debería poder abrir usando la habilidad Pull, pero no lo permite. He intentado reinstalar el juego, pero el problema persiste. No tengo opción de retroceder a un punto de guardado anterior, ya que el juego me reinicia siempre en la misma sección después de la secuencia de historia. Lamentablemente, no tengo acceso a una cuenta de PS Plus para restaurar una partida desde la nube, y no tengo manera de regresar a un punto de meditación para intentar forzar la recarga del área. Agradecería mucho su ayuda para solucionar este problema o cualquier información sobre algún parche que pueda corregir este error.

Door won’t open in the Jedha Ruins I am experiencing a technical issue that is preventing me from progressing in Star Wars Jedi Survivor on the PS5. The problem occurs right after unlocking the Dash ability in the Jedha ruins. I’ve reached a door that, according to multiple game guides, should open using the Pull ability, but it does not. I have tried reinstalling the game, but the issue persists. I also do not have the option to reload from an earlier save point, as the game always loads in the same section after the story sequence. Unfortunately, I do not have access to a PS Plus account to restore a previous cloud save, and I have no way to return to a meditation point to attempt to reload the area. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue or any information about an upcoming patch that may address this bug.

This is a response I received from an EA customer service representative regarding this issue. It’s been weeks now without an update. This is an embarrassment. 

I’m playing on PS5 and am having the same issue it seems to be respawning cal at the point where he comes out of the flashback that gives him the dash ability 

How long has this bug been around!? I'm 20 hours in and now I have to re start because a door won't open! This is  ridiculous fix the damn door @EA_Rtas . It can't be that hard.

I am experiencing the same issue on my PS5 and it happened last day at night. I believe this is the trigger:

1. Obtain Air dash Ability the first time.

2. After obtaining, go through the main route and reach the circle where lightning is striking.

3. Don’t save the game and close the game after reaching this circle.

4. Restart the game and Continue the Journey.

Afterwards, you will see that the door which was previously opened from the other side is closed and player cannot use force ability to push or pull out of this door.

please, fix this I love this game😭😭
