I am Stucked in Singing Ruins

Hey mate, I know it's  frustrating, but be patient; you can exit and continue with your save. I'm sharing the solution I got, check the comments on the video, greetings!

Hi, I saw that "solution" and so far didn't succeed. But anyway, those lazy criminals who are taking our money and not giving as any solution should give us our money back or find a solution. I would be patient for a newly discovered bug, but this one is two years old!

Thank's for your effort. I tried it a lot of time and didn't succeed. No matter how often I run towards the doors, press pause and scroll thru the screens, I don't get thru. As I said, this bunch of lazy EA criminals should fix the game or give us our money back. They are selling a broken product. They got my money and I don't intend to start over after almost 30 hours.

Thanks a lot, I have cleared it now. I found a much simpler solution on reddit and it worked for me too
