You are a lifesaver man!
It worked with my 1070… after a week of searching. Thank you!

You are a lifesaver!! I had to do this as well. Although the -ngxdisable I couldn't add in the EA app but in the Steam app.

Wow, bro that did it. I agree that it's an issue with 10 series cards not supporting DLSS or something.

Every time I open the game, it goes through the entire intro until it gets to "Star Wars: Survivor EA" and then crashes. I've tried every trick in the book. changed every other setting on everything, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, uninstalled and reinstalled EA, everything. sucks to have a game I can't even play. I've spent hours trying to fix this. someone please tell me you know how to fix this

Bro i just boght Star wars fallen order but i cant open it.
it just sas loading game and then the EA lancher closes and opens agin and then nothing hapens.
i have seen many complaining about the same problem and they havent gotten the right help.
so doss this mean i just wasted alot of cash.
BTW there might be some word writen wrong here becase English is not my original language. - @EA_Leeuw These are vastly different fixes for a game that I just spent a bunch of money on. I work, this is to relax, not try to edit all my settings. EA is such a * company at user interface. No other company makes me go through insanity like this.
I have an GTX 1070, and deleting the folders in "C:\Program Files\EA Games\Jedi Survivor\Engine\Plugins\Runtime\Nvidia" and then adding -ngxdisable as an Advanced Launch Option for the game in EA Desktop fixed it for me. I used this to get Ground Branch working (Another Unreal Engine game). I'm guessing it's an issue with Unreal and Nvidia Drivers/DLSS...
I'm having almost this exact same issue after the most recent update. EA app shows all the games I own, won't launch from either Steam or the app now.
