I don't see my preorder rewards after I activated a preorder key code on EA App

I activated a preorder key code on EA App for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor (I purchase the game on Steam), but I don't see any rewards in the game.

Try to repair the game files to see if that restores access to the bonus items for you:

Troubleshoot missing Pre-Order and/or Deluxe Edition content for PC Steam:

Go to the manage DLC page of the game in Steam (on the store page) > uncheck the DLC (the Pre-Order & Deluxe Edition content) > start the game > quit the game > go re-checkmark the DLC again on the manage DLC page > launch game again.
Verify game files.
Reboot your PC and check again

Thanks for the reply, but I can only see my DLC on EA app as the first screenshot showed, but you see, I don't have any DLC on my Steam.
