Jedha Pilgrim's Sanctuary - meditation points not in fast travel

Question

I've completed the game and am getting collectables. The Pilgrim's Sanctuary group of meditation points are not appearing on my fast travel list or the map when looking at the fast travel list.

They appear when I look at the map normally.

I'm on PS5.

I noticed this while playing a few days ago. This bug was present both before and after Patch 7.

I have continued into Pilgrim's Sanctuary. Upon reaching Sanctuary Temple, I was informed I unlocked the meditation point. Buried Refuge and Sepulcher Pass did not show up at this time.

However, I can understand if temporarily locking this section was intentional in relation to the Rumor that exists in the area. I have completed the Rumor and once I reached Buried Refuge MP, I saw I also had the Sepulcher Pass MP available.
