Jedi survivor customization bug and damage bug

I started a new game plus when i beat the game then i progress through it as usual then i noticed all my customization was getting shuffled so i restarted the game and logged back in and it shuffled everything again. including my lightsaber,bd-1, and cal.then i was fighting enemy and every time something hit me my health would go down to almost zero and i was playing on jedi knight difficulty, then i changed the difficulty to story mode and it still did it. i restarted and tried nearly everything to get it working but the damage and customization are still out of whack please fix ASAP
