Jedi survivor download a patch

Hey!

I have a slight issue with Star Wars Jedi survivor as when I click on r3 it won’t let me go to koboh even after I check if there’s an update (I’m on ps5 with the cd) and I don’t know what to do.

I have took the disc in and out of my ps5 and no matter what it won’t download do you think i need to clear storage, it dosnt tell me to but idk
