Jedi survivor keeps crashing EA APP

Hello,
I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to proceed. I purchased your game Jedi Survivor because I wanted it to run without any issues and to support your studio. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed now and do not know what to do.

I installed the application, downloaded the game, and then installed it. The game launches normally, and I can get to the main menu, select the difficulty level, and start the game, but then the game crashes every time. The following error appears: Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x000000000000018c.

I have tried all the solutions I could find online (which I find quite frustrating, considering I bought a legally licensed game and am now troubleshooting just to get it to work), but none of them have helped.

I even double-checked to ensure that my PC meets the game's requirements, and it does. I am at a loss and truly disappointed. I now have a game that I cannot run, no physical disc as a keepsake, and I am poorer by the cost of the game.

Could you please tell me what I should do now?
