Jedi Survivor Preload error

I've been trying to preload Jedi Survivor since the moment it became available but it keeps failing. It gets stuck at the preparing stage and then x amount of time passes and just says download error...

@EA_Leeuw i'm still cant download the game and it's just stuck on preparing and after a while there is an download error
