Jedi Survivor Preload error
I've been trying to preload Jedi Survivor since the moment it became available but it keeps failing. It gets stuck at the preparing stage and then x amount of time passes and just says download error...

I hit download and it just says preparing for about 10 minutes then cancels the download. I meet all the system requirements and I have the disk space so idk what’s the problem. If I can’t fix it I want a refund

Could you please perform an EA app recovery to see if that fixes the issue?
Also, please make sure that you have plenty of hard drive storage available, as discussed here.
Performing the EA app recovery does not fix the issue for me at least. And I have over 300 GB of storage available
@EA_Leeuw this did not work. Is there any known fix to the issue yet?
