Jedi Survivor Preload error
I've been trying to preload Jedi Survivor since the moment it became available but it keeps failing. It gets stuck at the preparing stage and then x amount of time passes and just says download error...

When I try and download the game on the EA app, it either says something went wrong, tries again later, or just gets stuck on preparing. I have tried to redownload the EA app twice and made the app recovery, which clears the cache.

And see how they don't respond. I've seen a lot of people, in general, complaining about the EA app. It just doesn't make sense how they can just fix their * app so we can play the games we paid for.
Same issue, tried clearing cache, manually and with the app recovery, reinstalling the app 3 times, choosing a different download folder and NOTHING worked 526 GB free on the drive

I have the exakt same problem i have tryed everything and nothing works I just want to play the game I spent my money on
I finally figured it out and saw it on another forum, so basically, what happened is your order is stuck in the processing, so go to my order history on https://www.ea.com/ and then cancel your order and buy it again. Mine did not charge my account, so I did not need to refund, but you might have to. I would check, but this was no thanks to Ea. After trying to contact them in multiple ways, I got the solution from someone in the community, so thanks to them, ea needs to get better cause this was ridiculous

I am sorry to hear that you had issues with your order.
Unfortunately, this is not something we control, but it's more up to the bank to correctly process your order. If we did not receive the money, they order will of course not be completed.
Good to hear that you got it fixed though.
