Hello so I have done all of that and it still doesn't work
Try deleting the personal saved data for Jedi Survivor. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the Jedi Survivor tile
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data
- Delete the file with your gamertag on it
Let me know what happens.

Do you happen to use a custom gamerpic for your Xbox profile? If so, change it to a default one and let me know what happens.

So I did that and it still doesn't work

Please try what I just suggested. If that doesn't help, try deleting and reinstalling the game.

Same issue here… nothing is working

I’ve had the same problem, it crashed while playing the hologram game and I uninstalled it twice and luckily second time it resumed and not had any problems thus far (fingers crossed) there was no chance I was starting again after 24 bourse play time

I'm having the exact same issue. Have tried all the suggestions and nothing works. So disappointing.

I have the same problem. Working fine Saturday night (so after the first patch). As of Sunday morning, it only goes to a perpetual loading screen. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and deleting local save data and alternate MAC address. Not going to bother with the other things since they aren't working for others and I don't have a custom Xbox profile pic. I was at 73% completion; it's going to be very aggravating if the only solution to this is starting a new game.

Still nothing has worked for me, but I was thinking that the reason that the game is crashing (at least on Xbox one or Xbox series x/s) is maybe due to the TV that I'm using, or even the version of Jedi Survivor that I ordered (I am using an LG TV and I pre-ordered the Standard Edition). This is just a theory, I honestly have no idea at this point, but if you try switching to a different edition/TV, please let me know if it works!

Hello, everyone. Can any of you capture a video of this? Just put it up on a service like YouTube and provide a link. Thanks!

I also have another suggestion. Please try changing to Performance Mode from the settings on the main menu. Please let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!

I was about to take a video but there is a new 27 GB update . . . Maybe that will fix it. You can imagine it well enough without video though. Whether selecting "continue" or "load journey" and then selecting the save, it goes to the normal loading screen. Black background with a yellow rotating icon in the bottom right corner. It keeps rotating and that is it. Never hear any game audio. I've let it sit for 30+ minutes and it never loads. Before this issue I would say the load times were 10-20 seconds.
I have not tried the performance mode toggle since uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but I tried it before doing so and it did not help. - 3 years ago
Today's update fixed it for me! Hope that is true for everyone.

Ok so I took a couple videos the other day. The first is the earliest it seems to crash when loading in, the second is the farthest it’s usually able to get.

https://youtu.be/6DIX41s4evcSince this the new patch was installed and nothing. I tried some tv settings like HDR and Dolby Vision, along with toggling my 4K quality and 120 hz vs 60, but nothing seems to have worked thus far. I have deleted data and restarted, but haven’t reinstalled since the patch today. I can’t enable performance mode on the game, because this is the farthest I have gotten, but I tried settings (like the ones I said above) to put my Xbox in high performance mode, and still nothing has worked thus far. Thanks.
