Jedi survivor stuck at loading screen xbox

Starting up the game into the main menu the i click continue and then i just get stuck on a loading screen.

Can you try switching to a different default gamerpic?

@EA_Aljo i switched gamer pic a couple of times and it worked thanks!

@EA_Aljo Hi again i switched to a different gamerpic and i got to load the game up once but after closing it and trying to load it again it wont open. I tried all the steps again but it is not helping.
