Try deleting your gamertag off your console. Then, download it again and try loading in to the game. Thanks!
I already did this when I reset my console. It did not fix the issue. I have started from scratch.

Hello, everyone. I merged another thread regarding the same issue in to this one. Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions at the moment. As soon as I have some new information, I'll provide an update.

Same deal for me here, I did notice in a few threads that people seem to be experiencing the same issue on all platforms (Xbox, playstation, steam, ea download, etc.) Thanks for the help though, I’m glad somebody is working on finding a solution to this problem.

Same issue here. Has happened twice. Restart at your own risk.
Personally, I've requested a refund. Considering half of the game is inaccessible, it's really the only solution.

it’s been really frustrating. deleted it twice from my series x just in hopes to try and play it and still no.
i’ve been stuck in the first 30min of the game for 5+ hours. i’ve deleted my progress multiple times as well and still it freezes and crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME. not one experience of me playing this triple a game has been good and that’s really disappointing considering how damn excited i was to play this. please fix this asap

I bought this game the weekend it came out and after patch 7 I still can't play it. After the startup screen it just crashes. My xbox series X was one of the 1st produced, every game I have runs great except this one. I think I am done with EA games!
