Jedi survivor stuck at loading screen xbox

Starting up the game into the main menu the i click continue and then i just get stuck on a loading screen.

Alright so more false leads it seems. I used an xbox profile that is not only not in the xbox insider program but is ineligible due to age restrictions. (This account is set up as a teen I guess)

I changed the profile picture to a default one (Simon ghost Riley’s face to be exact). It already was a default but I did that just in case.

I removed all data from the game and fully uninstalled it.

I also disabled all of my HDR, 4K, Dolby Vision, settings as well.

I then performed a factory reset on the console, whilst keeping my games installed that is.

Then once I added back my accounts I turned the console OFFLINE to reinstall the game on the disc. After installing the disc’s portion of the download it allowed me to launch the game with only that much installed. To the surprise of nobody, I encountered the same issue. After going online and installing the remaining portion of the game the issue persists of course.
