Thanks for trying. Is the game installed on an internal or external hard drive? Also, are you a part of the Xbox Insider program?
@EA_AljoI was a part of it. I left the program to try and fix the game.
The game is installed on the Xbox SSD. I have deleted everything and started the Xbox as factory to try and fix the issue and it still doesn’t work- EA_Aljo3 years ago

Is HDR enabled on your Xbox? You could try changing those settings to see if something may be causing this.
Game is installed on the internal console hard drive via game disk and digital updates. As far as I am aware, I'm not a part of the Xbox insider program.
- @EA_Aljo I have tried adjusting the settings for the Tv and Xbox but it still crashes.

Thanks for the info. If I have anything else to suggest, I'll let you all know.
Alright so more false leads it seems. I used an xbox profile that is not only not in the xbox insider program but is ineligible due to age restrictions. (This account is set up as a teen I guess)I changed the profile picture to a default one (Simon ghost Riley’s face to be exact). It already was a default but I did that just in case.
I removed all data from the game and fully uninstalled it.
I also disabled all of my HDR, 4K, Dolby Vision, settings as well.
I then performed a factory reset on the console, whilst keeping my games installed that is.
Then once I added back my accounts I turned the console OFFLINE to reinstall the game on the disc. After installing the disc’s portion of the download it allowed me to launch the game with only that much installed. To the surprise of nobody, I encountered the same issue. After going online and installing the remaining portion of the game the issue persists of course.
Please let us know if there is anything we should try, thanks.
Hi @EA_Aljo
Just wanted to let you know I went so far as to factory reset my console and install only Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and it is still crashing immediately after the title cards.
Not sure what exactly is the causality of the issue at this point
I have also had this problem and have tried everything I have seen here and still it does not work. I have had it crash on the user agreement back to the Xbox Home Screen. I have also gotten to some view of the Jedi temple after the game decides to bypass the user agreement and then crashes back to the Home Screen. While I have also have had the game cause my Xbox to crash and restart.
Through all of this my f122 game also by ea has also crashed but in the main menu. That game works on Xbox one but when I use the series x version it crashes.
With f122 being out for now almost a year I believe at least for me that I might have some sort of Xbox problem as you have said that this might be a system problem. So I will be reaching out to Xbox support to see if they can find a fix and if it works I will reply here if that would help others.
Still annoyed that I bought the deluxe edition because so far it’s more than $80 wasted.
Can I get a refund from EA since there are no fixes and I can’t even play?
I can’t get a refund from the place I brought it, because I brought it from the Launch date. I have been trying since May to play this game it is still broken.
how do I get a refund?!
