Jedi Survivor through EA App stuck Preparing Game
Hi,
I installed Jedi Survivor through the EA App, but when I try to launch the game, either from the desktop shortcut or through the EA App, it get stuck on either Preparing Game (via desktop shortcut) or Launching Game (through the EA App.
I have done the following...
1, Restart EA App,
2, App Recovery (Clear cache)
3 Reinstall Game x2 to different locations, C:\ and secondary drive.
All of these results in the same Preparing Game / Launching Game.
Any other ideas out there most welcome at this point.

Thanks for reaching out to the community and letting us know what you are running into.
If you have not can we also try the following?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
