Jedi Survivor won't download
I have this game through Xbox game pass and it was already installed but I started getting error message of not having access. Already tried all usual solution clearing cache, reinstalling the EA APP...

Can we try going through the following first?
- Run the EA app as Admin
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
If this continues please let us know the following...
- EA ID (Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Do you own a copy of Survivor or access it via EA Play?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
