Koboh Observatory; Dagan Gera and Stormtrooper force echo glitch

Summarize your bug On the Koboh Observatory, there is a special force echo. When interacting with it, it shows a scene where Dagan Gera interrogates a stormtrooper. Both the models for Dagan and the trooper are almost entirely missing.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Go to the Koboh Observatory available after the battle with Ravis. 2. Reach a ledge filled with battle droids 3. On that same ledge, there should be a special force echo that shows models, but does not.
What happens when the bug occurs? Both the models for the stormtrooper and Dagan Gera are almost missing. Only Dagan's hair and what seems to be the stormtrooper's arm piece are present in the scene.
What do you expect to see? Full body models playing out the force echo.

I noticed this bug about a month ago and have tried on every graphic setting starting from Medium and below.
