Map & Meditation UI Don't Scale, 16:10 aspect ratio

Summarize your bug The UI In the meditation, map, and BD-vision menus do not scale correctly at differen't resolutions. At 1920x1200, the UI sits off the edge of the screen, and you cannot read all of the text.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Use a 1920x1200 resolution; this might also occur on other 16:10 ratios, but I haven't tried it. 2. Launch the game 3. Either go meditate 4. (OR) Open the map 5. UI should clip the edge of the viewport.
What happens when the bug occurs? The UI is not completely visible and you cannot see a lot of the text.
What do you expect to see? The UI should scale correctly to the viewport.
It's kind of annoying.
