Map exploration bug / 21.06.2025

I discovered a specific bug with holomap exploration today. It seems, there is no report yet anywhere online of this specific bug, so I don't have any solution to it.

All areas or paths you enter don't show up amymore as explored on the map. Somehow two areas were discovered by playing around with opening the map trough "rumors" while standing in the area, but that does not really work and new areas just should be discovered automatically. Game and PS5 up to date. Restarting game, reinserting disc and restarting console alltogether didn't fix.
