When will the pre-order "Hermit" bonuses finally be available for everyone?
Hi EA, I think I speak for many players when I say it’s really disappointing that the pre-order exclusive content for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor — specifically the “Hermit” lightsaber, Hermit outfit, and blaster — is still not available for those who didn’t pre-order the game. The game launched on April 28, 2023, so it’s been well over a year now. Many of us were hoping these bonuses would become purchasable or unlockable after a reasonable period, just like you did with Jedi: Fallen Order — at its one-year anniversary you made the pre-order bonuses available for everyone. Can you please let us know when you plan to do the same for Survivor? Lots of players are asking for this — it feels unfair to lock these behind a pre-order wall forever, especially for completionists who want the full experience. Please give us an update! Thanks.
Glitch has me stuck on Shattered Moon - PS5
I'm stuck on proceeding on the Shattered Moon. As part of the story, I have to return there. The Mantis lands, and I go over to the elevator, but i can't trigger it by simply walking or jumping on it. The only way to go anywhere is to take a zip line which takes me to a few bots. They shoot at me, but the "bullets" just go right through me and have no effect. If they throw a grenade at me, the grenade does some damage. I tried fast travelling to another meditation point on the moon, but it gives me the same problems. I've tried other planets, and they seem to work ok. I have quit the game and restarted it. I have also restarted my PS5 in safe mode and rebuilt the database and none of these things helped. I don't subscribe to PS Plus so I don't think I have more than the one save file. What can I do? I've put a lot of time into this game and don't want to have to start it again.Stuck in Nova Garon , white door wont open , red barriers buged
I'm stuck in Nova Garon in the white room after using BD-1's Electro Dart on the energy core. The Electro Dart's aim assist doesn't work (the line stays yellow, not blue), and the door in the white room won't open (no interaction prompt with BD-1). I have 36 hours of gameplay and can't progress in the main story. [Steps I've Tried: Restarted the game and PS5 multiple times (full shutdown, not rest mode). Meditated at the Hangar Bay Exterior meditation point and replayed the sequence (red barriers, energy core, white room). Died intentionally several times to reset scripts. Changed lightsaber stances (single, dual, crossguard). Traveled to other planets and returned to Nova Garon. Checked aim assist settings (set to Normal/High). Switched between Performance and Quality modes on PS5. Reinstalled the game and ensured it's fully updated (latest patch as of July 2025). Noticed the probe droid no longer spawns, and red barriers can be passed without Merrin's dash (which seems like another bug). Additional Info: I have an older save at 1.5 hours, but I’d prefer not to lose 34 hours of progress. Video showing the issue (3 minutes): [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evHJuiBd6Qw]. I talked with an employee minutes ago and he helped me but its not fixed. He/she told me to oean a case in this forum to keep tracking . I appreciate the help.
Jump and Dash Glitch doors will not open.
I have a problem with the part that you get the jump and dash… there’s a glitch at part.. The doors will not open. There are similar cases that’s been going on for months and still not solve right now. I am stuck in the game. Y’all don’t have no more checkpoints to go back. I will hate to start the game all over again. Please help me.
Singing Ruins soft lock
Hi, After getting the dash forward ability in Jedha Singing Ruins, I got stuck and couldn't progress. A door blocked my way, and I couldn't forcefully pull or push through it. I play on PS5 Pro. I have already tried to reinstall the game without luck, and unfortunately, I don't have a previous safe file with a different checkpoint. I'm soft-locked! Please help.Loading Gantry Bug
When doing the main story line, there are a couple of bugs in the Loading Gantry (PS5). The first is when crawling across the wall grate with the electical charge, the character assist to clear the electric charge on the wall grate is missing, and so is the dialogue. You are able to crawl under it and continue. After doing the following wall runs, the droid enemies are absent on the following platform. When you go around to the single wall run to jump to activate the grappling hook, the icon does not appear and are unable to span the gap to the next wall/ceiling grate. Playing on the PS4 version. I have already completed the Path of Conviction but didn't pick up the upgrade next to it. I have finished the main story and went back to clear up the collectibles and the seal if back over the are that unlocks to get the upgrade and there is no way of getting through it.Lucrehulk Core unable to dash through green blockage
I've searched to see if anyone else was having this dilemma in the Lucrehulk Core. I am playing through the main storyline still, I have gone the route that involves dashing through a green barrier and instantly battling a couple battle droids and heavy hitting bedlam raiders. Bode helps with this. Next room after a hall is a couple droideka, then an easy pile of battle droids before we find ourselves at an area where we use binoculars to look about and see zee and it trigger Bode's plan and he flies off. Here I am supposed to go through what I assume is a jumping around puzzle to join Bode somewhere but when I double jump and dash, Cal just hits the green panel like it's a wall and dies every time. For the life of me, I haven't figured out a way for him to get through. I'm playing on PS5, I tried the streamed version, downloaded version, quit the game, loaded somewhere else on koboh and went back....still stuck. :( Please help!
