@yotorious Are you totally sure the lift is no longer present? I ask because this is a known issue:

But I haven't seen any other reports of yours. Additionally, there's a known issue with the barriers from the bounty mission not disappearing:
I haven't read every post in that thread, but I'm wondering if your issue is just another side effect that most people aren't noticing.
It would also help if you posted a screenshot of where the lift is supposed to be in case someone is looking for visual confirmation.

Here you go. However, I did just notice that fast travel to the control tower is now available.
@yotorious Thanks for the screenshots, and at least you can get around the problem now. If you happen to travel off-planet and back, it would be interesting to know whether the lift reappears.
This happens for me as well, but leaving and returning to the planet does not fix it.
