Missing pre-order content, third-party retailer

I’m reaching out for help with my missing Preorder bonus code. I preordered from Target and have tried reaching out to them several times. They do not have any solutions for me and keep telling me to reach out to EA. I’m not sure what else to do at this point to get the code. I have reached out and opened a ticket with EA and no response has been provided as of yet. Please help. Thank you

    Your retailer is required to provide the pre-order code.

    It is possible this will just take some time, you do not need to hound them but they will eventually provide the code.

  • I pre ordered the deluxe edition of the game but sadly never received the pre order bonus for the hermit skin. Is this something anyone here can help me with? I got the code for the deluxe edition but not the pre order bonus.

  • So when pre ordered the game I did so for PC at GameStop. Now how GameStop works they have 2 ways for the code for the bonus. One is to have a separate one for console players BUT for PC its part of the game code for the EA APP. Now I have put in multiple tickets with both and EA and GameStop have told me that they can't do any thing. Apparently EA isn't giving PC codes out anymore for the preorders and GameStop did not order extra's and I'm starting to get very pissed cause I'm not getting content that was told I would get for preordering. BEFORE ANY ONE SAYS ANYTHING ABOUT "WHILE SUPPLIES LAST" GAMESTOP PRINTS THE CODE ON THE RECIEPT AND NOT A PHYSICAL COPY BUT LABLED AS A DCL CONTENT. I am giving both EA and GameStop 1 more month to fix this then I will be talking to a lawyer cause this is missing content that i payed over $80 for.

    I'm very sorry to say, but we can't help with codes from 3rd party retailers. I understand you've contacted Gamestop about this already, but the best I can advise is to go back to them as we can't help with this.
