Missing stim canister

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug I went to foothill falls and opened the door and interacted with the stim canister upgrade, however mid animation I got interrupted and attacked by a creature, and it stopped and didn’t grant me the stim, even after resting, it remains at the same number as before, and no pop up came up saying I unlocked a new one. Now I can’t interact with it again or get the stim I was supposed to.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get attacked by an animal when opening a stim upgrade
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get the stim upgrade
What do you expect to see? Getting the stim upgrade and upgrading number despite animation getting interrupted

    Same here i was so confused at first because i opened it and didnt see my stim count change

    Same situation. No combat, was in animation but mo stim added. Ps5

    @DarthNoscoper Same thing for me. I wasn't in combat though. I just got the animation but nothing was added to my stims. I backed out of the game and i basically got scammed out of an extra stim

    I had this issue on PS5, twice. Both times the full animation played and the notification of finding a stim canister. However, bot times they were not added. I should have 9 total now but I still have 7.

    Same issue, except I wasn't attacked - the animation cancelled itself for no reason - and it told me a new stim had been added, but the UI didn't change and I have no additional stim added. Crate is open so I can't re-open it, same location of Foothill Falls. Playing on PC through the EA app (not steam).

    This is so frustrating, but at least I'm not the only one.

    I have a bug in the same area under the stim canister that room where you take the wall off the crack to get into a new area is bugged with won’t let me go through the wall after I move it

    So as an FYI to everyone, i had the same problem at derelict dam and the stim would not count. So, I quit my game out and reloaded and went back to the same stim chest, and it was loaded back in as not open. So I opened it again and it gave me the stim this time. Maybe try going back to the chest that didnt work for you?

    @YoHolcomb I love you for this, it worked! I was skeptical as I've saved in the meantime, respawned, been to another planet - but it worked. The chest wasn't open, I was able to open it, see the full animation, and get the stim added plus the rumour completed. Thank you!
